Privacy Policy
This privacy policy describes how the mobile application Noor Quran and the API on this website access, collect, use, and share information. The app is published by Tenetafa on Google Play under the developer account Wintech.sn. Package name: lt.tenetafa.quran. Contact: contact@tenetafa.lt.
Information we collect
- Anonymous device identifier. Created on the device to sync bookmarks and favorites. It is not your name, phone number, or email address.
- Library data. Favorite surahs, bookmarks, and reading preferences (reciter, display theme, text size, khatma plan) stored with that identifier.
- Local reminders. If you enable a khatma reminder, the notification is scheduled on the device only. It is not sent to our servers.
- Technical data. HTTPS requests needed to load Quran text, tafsir, and audio. Server logs may include IP address, date, and the requested URL.
How we use information
We use this information only to run the app: reading, audio playback, search, and sync of your personal library. We do not use it for advertising or profiling. The app has no user account and does not ask for your name or email.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers. Audio files may be requested directly by the device from public Quran audio hosts (everyayah.com, cdn.islamic.network, cdn.mp3quran.net). Those hosts then see the device IP address as part of a normal HTTPS download. We do not send them the device identifier. Quran text and tafsir are loaded through our API.
Storage, retention, and deletion
Preferences and the audio cache stay on the device until you clear the app data or uninstall it. Favorites and bookmarks stored on our servers remain until you ask us to delete them. Email contact@tenetafa.lt and we will delete the server data linked to your device identifier.
Security and children
Traffic to our API uses HTTPS. We do not knowingly collect a child's name or contact details. The only identifier is the anonymous device id described above.
Politique de confidentialité
Noor Quran est éditée par Tenetafa et publiée sur Google Play sous le compte développeur Wintech.sn. Cette politique couvre l'application mobile et l'API de ce site.
- Identifiant d'appareil — créé localement, anonyme, pour synchroniser favoris et signets.
- Données de lecture — favoris, signets et préférences (récitateur, thème, taille du texte, plan khatma).
- Rappels — la notification khatma reste sur l'appareil et n'est pas envoyée à nos serveurs.
- Données techniques — requêtes HTTPS pour le texte, le tafsir et l'audio. Les journaux peuvent contenir l'adresse IP.
Ces données servent uniquement au fonctionnement de l'application. Pas de publicité, pas de profilage, pas de compte, pas de vente de données. L'audio peut être téléchargé directement depuis everyayah.com, cdn.islamic.network ou cdn.mp3quran.net, qui voient alors l'adresse IP. L'identifiant d'appareil ne leur est pas transmis.
